Container Repair Cost Collection

Few years ago container repair cost collection was done by shipping lines directly and it has relation with deposit money. But, In May 2017, the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) issued a regulation eliminating container security obligations for import activities as stated in the circular letter of the Director General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation No: UM.003 / 40 / II / DJPL-17 signed by Tonny Budiono on May 19, 2017, so deposit money no longer applied in shipping lines.

Then shipping lines assigned their container depot to collect directly from driver when container gate in and found damaged.
